How I Started:
I was very heavy and strong my wholelife. I was very active and played sports my whole life but i was very heavy. Then when i got into highschool football and started lifting weights and eating even mor i got up to 280. Knowing i was that heavy made me start the motivation process
Why I Love It:
I love It for the challenge. It makes you challenge yourself every time you lift. There are plenty of days i walk in the gym tired and feeling weak but all it takes is a set or sumtimes 2 and then i get in my zone. I love knowing that i can escape everything and just lift until i have no more energy to worry about anything.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated for is comes natural. I do not need to watch a movie scene or listen to a song to get me amped up . I lift very heavy and i use almost all freeweight movements so it gets brutal. I just zone out and i contract everymuscle fiber i can in every set. I only do reps of no less than 4 and no more than 8 so my workouts are very heavy and if you are not strict and ready you will gain nothing or get hurt
I wish you success as you work towards your fitness goal. Although it takes a lot of drive and determination I know that you are ready for it. Challenge yourself to do the best that you can do and the rewards will be worth it.

thanks man, im trying to keep more size this time so not going to be as ripped, actually i backed out twice in the first 4 weeks so mine is really like a 6 week transformation.
