I would start out with either straight barbell or EZ barbell curls. I would do a light set of 15 to 20. Then I would move into three to four sets of heavy curls usually in the six to eight rep range. I would then move onto Incline Dumbell curls. No warm up needed. Again I do three to four sets of six to eight. I do an isolation curl next. Whether it be preacher curl, Standing alternating, One hand dumbell, or what have you. Same set/rep scheme. This works for me, I do real heavy for four to six weeks then I move up to lighter for higher reps for two weeks and back to the heavy again. Its real productive for me.
