Good day so far...knocked out my leg workout this morning even upped my weights so I am making sure to get in alot of water and protein today. Tomorrow is my weekly weigh-in so I am a little nervous hoping to see the scale moving in the right direction but trying not to stress about it.

I am doing great a little nervous about tomorrow...I weigh-in in the morning. Last week I was up six ounces but my waist was done three inches so that was a motivator. I am really hoping for at least a 1lb loss this week...

So funny to hear you say that...I feel the same way. Almost like I was personally affected by it...LOL That means the writers are doing their thing...I can't wait to see how they go forward with this next season...September is a long way away...

Well take it easy but be mindful of what you are putting into your body while you are scaling back your workout because once you feel better and are ready to hit it hard again you will be happy you did.
I am doing good I have been very diligent on getting my workout in still tweaking my diet. I weigh in on Friday mornings so hopefully I will see a difference this week...

Thank you for the support. I am up every morning knocking out my workout and trying to to focus on the weightloss aspect yet as I know it is to soon to expect anything. Today was leg day so I upped my weight today and it felt good. I am still tweaking my diet a little here and there so I hope to see at least a pound drop tomorrow when I get on the scale...

Yeah I have been back hard and consistant. Following my workout to the tee and adjusting my food daily to get to the calroies I need to make it happen. How are you doing?
