Comments: Out of all the shows I think this one was my favourite. I felt the most prepared and confident and had a lot of fun. It also was a more challenging preparation with lower carbs and more cardio which gave everything a little more meaning. I'm not too sure if I will do a show before next season but we'll see :)

Comments: This was such an awesome end to my first season:) I struggled at pre-judging as I held onto a lot of water and couldn't sleep the night before. I let myself turn into kind of an emotional wreck! lol. But I learned a lot from this show and can't wait til next season! Until then....let's EAT!

Comments: This was an amazing experience! I was able to put on 4 lbs of muscle through periodization training concentrating mainly on the 8-10 rep range. I then added more food to my off season diet. Having only a 3 month off season before needing to prepare for the next level I wasn't sure I would see very drastic results. I saw results almost instantly! I had a lot of fun too and feel I have been very lucky for my first season of competing. Now onto level 3!!!!:)

Bodyweight: 128 lb (58.2 kg)

Comments: It was an amazing experience. I had so much fun and was loved everything about it. I had been training like crazy and was exhausted but everything was worth it and more. It was a very good show to do for the first time because it was very well organized and everyone was so nice and helpful. The judges offered great advice afterward and I met a lot of people with similar goals to mine. It was all around awesome.
