I have worked out on and off since I was a teenager and finally made a commitment to living healthy and fit in 2007.
Why I Love It:
The list is a long one...but in short being fit and healthy is absolutely key in having a balance of the mind, body and soul (I can attest to that) and weight training is an important part of fitness. I am taking the weight training to the next level since I would like to compete one day...and damn I love feeling and looking strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music gets me pumped and in the mood...compliments of course...other peoples accomplishments, and a big one for me is setting goals. I absolutely must set goals for myself...without them I am lost!
Hey!!! Nice to hear from you again!! I'm still working out. I have been doing mostly cardio and switched to the Eat-clean Diet by Tosca Reno. She has great recipes. I've lost more weight so I'm very happy with my choices at this point. I haven't posted any pics for a while. I tried not too long ago but they came out super blury. I haven't tried it again yet. I'm looking forward to your pics!!! Keep in touch!
Hey sorry it took so long to get back to you, I do i get to work out every day, although right now im in Baghdad, its harder but i get by. how are things going for you?
The week was just crazy, stress at work, home and running kids every where....just couldn't get into a good routine. Nothing seemed to gel. Hopefully this week will be better. Thanks
