I always had an interest in bodybuilding. I remember being around 10years old and watching ESPN's BodyShaping everyday. I wasn't old enough to lift, but I was learning how. Finally at the age of 19, I started to consistently lift with the goal of getting a big, and balanced as possible. I didn't think I would be competitive bodybuilder back then, but I knew I wanted to look like one.
Why I Love It:
I love Bodybuilding for a number of reasons. Obviously I like how it has allowed me to change my physique, and the amount of attention I get from it. I really fell in love with bodybuilding once I learned apply its rules to my daily life. As a result, everything in my life began to improve.
How I Stay Motivated:
My passion for the sport of bodybuilding keeps me motivated. A lot of people always say to me, "you have so much discipline", or "thats so much work" as if this is all some big struggle. I love doing being a bodybuilder, and the motivation comes automatically.
BB Accomplishments:
My major bodybuilding accomplishments were winning pro-cards in FAME, and Muscle Mania within my first year of competing. My most recent win was the overall at Paul Dillet's WBFF championships. I'm excited to see where things go from here.

She has accomplished so much, and she hasn't slowed down Her mind is strong and focused and it shows through her achievements. She carries such a strong fire inside her.
Despite her high accomplishments, she is very humble and has one the best hearts you can find.
I found myself complacent as a bodybuilder as well as in my life, but her story was such a refresher for me. My hunger bodybuilding has never been so strong, and my passion for life has never burned so bright.
Thank you. I
Good Day Renaldo, classes are going well and I am still adjust to studying and working out and different times. I got an 87% on my first quiz. I made some minor mistakes. I guess it was nervousness. I will be better prepared next time. Tonight I am working on chest, triceps and abds. I try to do legs twice a week so I will do some leg extensions as well. Have a productive day.
WOW! CONGRATS! That's phenomenal. You must be so pumped!!!
I do have a nutritionist on board.... she def keeps me in line. I know the nutrition is a good 90% of the comp so that keeps me motivated in itself. That, and thinking, I'm going to have such a rockin' body when the 12 weeks are through! haha.
you bet... about 13weeks out til comp :) is it strange to be a lil nervous ALREADY?! haha.
Nah-- not the Nov 7th, IDFA... I am doing Nov 21st in London, Ontario.... the training is really coming along.... nutrition, on the other hand, is a hard one to tackle. Carb cycling right now and HATING IT! LOL.
How about you??? Any upcoming shows?
Oct 24 Im going to do the UFE Halloween Mayhem show then possibly the IDFA pro show 2 weeks later. Im using this guy named Scott (soundome)for music that Mindi Obrien recommended to me. Check out my video I have on my profile from my last contest. I can pose fairly well but would love help with my transitions and whatnot.
