I have been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember. Last year I was so fed up I told myself I was going to try one more time and if I couldn't do it I was just going to quit trying. I failed and I did quit, at least for a while. A few months later and a lot of pounds heavier I realized quiting wasn't going to work for me, but I needed to find something that would. Currently, I am healing from a pinched nerve in my neck and trying to lose 11 pounds that I gained when the injury occurred.
