I believe that diet and training are most important, but supplements are also important and need to be implemented into our training.
I take a multi-vitamin, extra vitamin D and C. HMB, and fish oil in the mornings with breakfast. I will take HMB, C and multi again later in the day.
Sicne im cutting i like to use a very lean protein powder such as an isolate. Right now im using All Max IsoFlex
I drink Extend BCAA right in the morning before fasted cardio and during training
I take 1 scoop of PNI Prodigy before my workout giving me crazy energy, focus and pump
PNIs Thermadex to help burn those extra calories and gives me the energy to get through my day
