I'm doing Bill Starr's 5*5 Routine which has worked wonders. I'm having three standard meals a day with large snacks inbetween them. Breakfast e.g. 10 o'clock snack Lunch 16 o'clock snack Dinner 21 o'clock snack

Cheers bro. Nah Southampton is too far away + I stopped running a little while ago so I could properly bulk. It worked but i'm really really unfit now.

You alright? How is Romsey Gym? I'm within cycling distance to it so I could go when I leave college. I know they've done a lot of renervations there recently so is any of that on the gym? Just looking for cost and freeweights area + any other goodies you think are worth mentioning.
