Background

When I Started: Sep 2005
HOW I STARTED:

A friend encouraged me to try out the gym because my 130lb frame didn't bring me a whole lot of confidence. I instantly fell in love and continued to grow my passion as my body slowly transformed.

WHY I LOVE IT:

The challenge to your mind and body makes you stronger both mentally and physically. Setting goals, creating a plan and sticking to that plan yields such a great feeling of accomplishment when you start seeing and feeling improvements.
