I never do any deads of any kind, and about twice a month I do DB squats. I do a shit load of lunges and I mean a shit load! I do high reps sometimes 100 to 200 leg presses. 30 to 50 leg extensions. Both my trainers do the same and don't believe in heavy training. Lots of negs and total failure sets. Dog craps etc. ed aka Ol Supe.
