The easiest to learn but hardest to do.

We ALL know what to eat and what not to. It's just so darn hard to follow through on it. If it's in it's natural form-probably good, if it's in a bright colourful box-probably bad. long ingredient list-bad, short ingredient list-good.

To be successful we need to start putting into practice what we know.

Supplements are just that, supplements.

Don't replace healthy real food with supplements. They help but will not do it all.

ReganFitness created a new BodyBlog entry "40 is going to be great!".

At the end of the Transformation contest I will be celebrating my 40th birthday.  I can't think of a better present to myself or a better way to celebrate than by getting CRAZY FIT!  I don't feel 40 and don't think I look it either.  Following the Health & Fitness lifestyle goes a long way to ensuring for yourself a strong and fit future.  Don't let age be an obstacle.  Commit to being fit!  If you don't do it now, then when? ReganFitness Today is an "off" day but I still went to the gym. Did an Ab routine as well as a stretching routine. Both of which felt incredible.

ReganFitness Training went FANTASTIC today! Full-body program going well. I'm enjoying the workload. Rest between sets is minimal so getting cardio too.
