The easiest to learn but hardest to do.
We ALL know what to eat and what not to. It's just so darn hard to follow through on it. If it's in it's natural form-probably good, if it's in a bright colourful box-probably bad. long ingredient list-bad, short ingredient list-good.
To be successful we need to start putting into practice what we know.

Supplements are just that, supplements.
Don't replace healthy real food with supplements. They help but will not do it all.

ReganFitness Today is an "off" day but I still went to the gym. Did an Ab routine as well as a stretching routine. Both of which felt incredible.
