We ALL know what to eat and what not to. It's just so darn hard to follow through on it. If it's in it's natural form-probably good, if it's in a bright colourful box-probably bad. long ingredient list-bad, short ingredient list-good.
To be successful we need to start putting into practice what we know.

Don't replace healthy real food with supplements. They help but will not do it all.

At the end of the Transformation contest I will be celebrating my 40th birthday. I can't think of a better present to myself or a better way to celebrate than by getting CRAZY FIT!
