How I Started:
I have always done some kind of excerise. I started boxing out of anger after a marriage trama, and then gradually begain lifting. My brother is a lifter and so was my father, so it was pretty easy for me to get into. Its in the blood!
Why I Love It:
I love the burn, feel and look of accomplishment!
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I will feel stronger! Look better!

I want the abs, the arms, the glutes...i want it ALL !! And I am getting there!
Friday...Friday...Friday....just burned 210 cals on elipical..drinking protein shake, not having much luck on loosing wieght..why?? I think i am stuck in a rut! have a great weekend all...:D
Muscles popping is a good thing!@ Hahaha. Are you planning to compete? Are you happy with your progress? I'm in a building phase, so put on some weight and lifting harder and heavier. Hopefull will gain some size in the process. All the best!
