My fitness goal is to be lean and muscular. I want to have legs and abs I can show off.
Goal (Long):
I was a gymnast in my younger years and having a strong, muscular body was something I was very proud of. Now, at age 41, after having 3 children (the last by C-section) my body really needs help. I don't want to "look good for my age." I want to really look good and feel good about myself. I want my muscles back! I know with hard work and dedication my body can be what I want it to be regardless of my age.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 12 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%
