You can see the tinea versicolor. That's what happens to me when I eat tooo many carbs :(. At this point, I'm like screw it. There a few changes I can make for the better I guess. I'm enjoying the fatness. :) Strength is way up. This pic makes me realize even more how weak my lats are.

Putting on the pounds. This is the heaviest I've ever been and I love it.Love the way clothes fit. Getting fat!! Still trying to build legs, but my intensity is horrible lately. Need lower chest width. Would love to have that Serge Nubret square chest. Don't know if thats genetic though??

Lats please!! Would love to buy some lat implants :)... My groin injury is getting better. I'll get back to training abs again next week. I need a fes more days with the heateing pad. Need more inner bicep definition. Being doing wide grip curls. Starting cardio next week!

Need to open up more like Arnold says! Just started prioritizing triceps on arm day instead of alternating bi's/tri's. Hopefully I can bring them up a little.
