I am so glad that you guys are competing in the Mr.Cincy!!!! You might as well just do the Northern too. Get your feet wet in the Big One, and hit the Cincy a week later. Looking good in the new pic! I start dieting on Monday. Going to try something different and take the weight off slowly this time. Keep up the good work!

Hey Roy, I've been doing more front squats, and we have a siisy squat machine at my gym, I've cut the weight and focused on staying more upright on squats which keeps the stress on quads. I have slowed it down on the negative and try not to drop too fast. It also protects your knees that way.

Merry Christmas! Training is good. I've been really trying to bring up some weak points. A little frustrated because of some elbow tendinitis, and a little rotator cuff strain, but they are getting better.Getting ready to start a 13 week diet for my next comp. How are things going for you? You are looking great!

Instead of starting shoulder routines with presses, you can start with side lateral raises or upright rows(with a should width or wider grip.) This has helped me get wider, because I focus on that aspect first when I'm freshest.

No prob. Always willing to help! I train arms on the same day once a week. The pump is tremendous and you can hit your arms when fresh.I hit chest/back first then put at least a couple of days between before training arms. When you're not making gains, you are usually not recovering. Make sure that you don't overtrain. maybe scale back your sets. I've been doing 9 sets for both bi's and tri's lately.

Sinus infection knocked me on my butt! Just trying to get back in the swing of things, and get over some injuries. Trying to bring my legs, triceps, and side delts up. How is your training? About time for you to win another trophy in a few months...

Upper and outter chest look good! Lats are coming out too! Your tri's and front delts have always been soo good, I think you should bring out the sides delts to match your chest. That's a problem that I'm running into right now as well, with my side delts lagging behind my chest.

nah, not trying to bulk up much. I am trying to add some quality muscle, but keep my bodyfat down. Pretty soo it'll be time to cut down for March!
