How I Started:
I started lifting weights because I was tired of getting pushed around on the basketball court. I saw that Michael Jordan, who was my idol at the time, lifted on game days. He had awesome shoudlers and arms. I decided that I wanted to look like that!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is my favorite outlet of relieving stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
The possibility of achieving the most well rounded physique that I can, keeps me motivated. The female attention is always a big plus of course! Basically, it's a part of my lifestyle now. I don't think that I could ever stop lifting.
BB Accomplishments:
3RD place Mr.Cincinnati Middleweight open
5th place in NPC Northern Kentucky 2008 out of 18 guys in the novice middleweight division.

Sheesh, It's been a while since I've written! It's time to hop back in the saddle. It is always theraputic to get your thoughts out. It is also entertaining to look back at your thought process, and realize how you have matured or grown.
thanks man my holidays were pretty good been training 2.5 months with no supps basically and my strength and weight have gone up so i'm wondering if i should even buy supps anymore but I'm going to get some this week and if i don't notice a difference i think i will stop buying what do you think
This is week 6 with my trainer. I am loving the growth. I am just focussing on cardio for the next few months. I need to build strength in my shoulders and back. I am looking to make some significant changes in the coming months. My goal is to go down to 7% bf by spring.
That sounds like a great cutting routine! I've gotta add that after I put on some more mass! March or April is when I start getting cut. Are you thinking about a comp next year?
I've got major hoiliday stress that the gym is surprisingly NOT helping me to extingish...I'm hanging in there though. Trying to eat more often to put on some more weight. When is your next competition?
Wazzup bro! I've gone back to compound exercises for the rest of this month.... mainly for bulking. You're quads are looking really defined... what's your secret? pre-exhaust?

reemy sorry to hear bout that sinus infection...had a little trouble with my legs so had to take a beak myself...training is going good lookin forward to my first show in 2010..lol tired of being fat wanna be lean! Doing my first OPEN show...so if i can get some hardware all the better!
