How I Started:
I started lifting weights because I was tired of getting pushed around on the basketball court. I saw that Michael Jordan, who was my idol at the time, lifted on game days. He had awesome shoudlers and arms. I decided that I wanted to look like that!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is my favorite outlet of relieving stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
The possibility of achieving the most well rounded physique that I can, keeps me motivated. The female attention is always a big plus of course! Basically, it's a part of my lifestyle now. I don't think that I could ever stop lifting.

3RD place Mr.Cincinnati Middleweight open
6th place in NPC Northern Kentucky 2009
5th place in NPC Northern Kentucky 2008 out of 18 guys in the novice middleweight division.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to be well-balanced, flexible, athletic and lean at 190lbs. I would like to achieve this in the next couple of years. The only thing holding me back is the fact that I have Candida Albicans!! A yeast infection caused by taking to many courses of Anti-biotics. For now, I'm not supposed to have any sugar, artificial flavors, ketchup, bread, etc. It sucks! I'm actually not supposed to eat too many carbs, but I don't worry about that though. I don't get to ake pre and Post workout shake like I would like to :( I can't wait to beat this thing!
