How I Started:
I started lifting weights because I was tired of getting pushed around on the basketball court. I saw that Michael Jordan, who was my idol at the time, lifted on game days. He had awesome shoudlers and arms. I decided that I wanted to look like that!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is my favorite outlet of relieving stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
The possibility of achieving the most well rounded physique that I can, keeps me motivated. The female attention is always a big plus of course! Basically, it's a part of my lifestyle now. I don't think that I could ever stop lifting.
BB Accomplishments:
5th place in NPC Northern Kentucky 2008 out of 18 guys in the novice middleweight division.

Thats me @ 22yrs old. Looking like a baby! I just got done doing 225 for 6 sets of 6. It was all about chest and bi's back then.
You can see the tinea versicolor. That's what happens to me when I eat tooo many carbs :(. At this point, I'm like screw it. There a few changes I can make for the better I guess. I'm enjoying the fatness. :) Strength is way up. This pic makes me realize even more how weak my lats are.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to be well-balanced, flexible, athletic and lean at 190lbs. I would like to achieve this in the next couple of years. The only thing holding me back is the fact that I have Candida Albicans!! A yeast infection caused by taking to many courses of Anti-biotics. For now, I'm not supposed to have any sugar, artificial flavors, ketchup, bread, etc. It sucks! I'm actually not supposed to eat too many carbs, but I don't worry about that though. I don't get to ake pre and Post workout shake like I would like to :( I can't wait to beat this thing!

Hhhhmmm, if I weren't on CNP Professional's PRO-GF, I'd probably give the MHP Trac a try. Ha ha, can't have too much creatine/no flowing through me. It works pretty well, but as with all things, I'm on it perpetually. I love the beta-alanine the stuff has.

Well, the strength is nothing crazy but its getting better. I think I've actually gotten myself into a solid 2x a day deal so I may just be happy.
I haven't checked the weight in a while.

Dude, don't ya just hate that when u try to bulk up, and get that bb thickness, the obliques make sure they're in on it?! Man I had tinea versacolor on one of my butt cheeks awhile back. My wife said it looked like that processed ham and cheese loaf they used to sell. Headed over to hit calves, pecs and tris today. I'm trying to vary chest work, but lately I've been lovin the machines that you put plates on for chest. Your bis and tris look like they're gonna explode! Cool. Holla.
