How I Started:
I started lifting weights because I was tired of getting pushed around on the basketball court. I saw that Michael Jordan, who was my idol at the time, lifted on game days. He had awesome shoudlers and arms. I decided that I wanted to look like that!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is my favorite outlet of relieving stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
The possibility of achieving the most well rounded physique that I can, keeps me motivated. The female attention is always a big plus of course! Basically, it's a part of my lifestyle now. I don't think that I could ever stop lifting.
BB Accomplishments:
3RD place Mr.Cincinnati Middleweight open
5th place in NPC Northern Kentucky 2008 out of 18 guys in the novice middleweight division.
Dru continually gets better and better! He is strong as hell and definitely lives up moniker. He has always been one of the coolest people on Bodyspace towards me. He is also extremely humble.

No problem, man, and I really appreciate your encouragement! Training my back was my favorite before I herniated a disc. It's been hard the past year. I need some serious traps development!!! Workin on it.
I really want to, I always just feel like i dont have enough size. But i say what the heck I'd like to see what i look like dieted down. So as of right now im doing it!
now you have 4 months to work everything out should be less of a challenge yeah i will go easy in the gym this week i hope to have back a 6 pack by March we will see how that goes after Xmas that will be a challenge
sorry to hear about the comp man but you have until March to work every thing out as you said being back in the gym muscle memory kicked back in have not lost my strength at all i guess the push ups and pulls ups on the iron gym helped more than i thought
Thx bro. School forced me to modify the workout schedule you gave me to fit in more study time. I will go back to what you suggested at the end of this semester. I'm much stronger. My gains are not noticeable on the scale but I can see alot of muscle shape and size transformation. What excersises work best to get my quads like yours?
lol i feel you. deep squattin is a whole different feel. but your legs will thank you. just don't go too too deep. im already noticing some stuff with my knees.
yo Reemy how did the comp go i have been out of the gym for a month now hope to start back Monday thankfully i have been able to maintain with pushups and help from the iron gym
Doin aight, man, doin aight. Can't complain. Just tryin to make it through. School is definitely kickin my butt, so I might need to take a week or 2 off from serious training. Nurture the body, but the cultivate the mind.
