Always use to like bodybuilding as a kid but never really got into it but Flex Wheeler was always my number 1 idol
After High school in 2006 i started making cool friends on myspace who had me getting more and more into bodybuilding, I decided to try anything to get big. My weight usually was around 180s then in 12th grade i shot down to 170 in less then 2 weeks prob cause i walked for miles a lot back then. Then by fall 2006 been working at airport in the virgin islands and shot shot up to 190s in about a month or so. I have given whey protein a try around fall of 2007 to gain some mass and for about a month and got up to 220s in less then 3 weeks of using it then i stopped . During this period of time i was in very bad runt with gurls and there crap so i stop trying to get big was just not focus enough, work took up all my time could never hit a gym just had a 27 lb dumb bell ma cuz gave me so yea that point in ma life suck. By November of 2007 and begining of 2008 my weight went down to like 210 now i am at around 200.
I've never had chance go to gym, never used supps expect that whey protein for the 3 weeks and stop and the regular everyday multi vitamins i have, never did any steroids very against them, learn a lot ain past 2 yrs and is thinking of working at a gym and becoming a personal trainer to add on to list of skills i can do in life!
Why I Love It:
To train hard and find my purpose to that answer

I live and shall die by those 3 words jus as one of my brothers almost died on me telling me to always be honest, loyal and respectful and im glad didnt loose him cause he is like blood to me!

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
always remember not to over train, your muscles need time to rest once they break down after lifting it takes time for them to build up and grow, everyone is diff just remember
haha yea you are right...i should be down in december-januray time..nah man i aint goin die lol i may fell down dropped alot but ive been always getting back up and i do have alot of work to do. i lost a ridiculous amount of weight so it will take me sometime to get back up where i was at..but yea man ill def look you up.
Hey man! Yea its been awhile. I just got cleared by the doctors..and that pain all along was dyverticulous which is like a mest up intestine so im good..all i got to do is lay off of no xplode for while it somewhat damaged my GI tract and i have eat lots of fiber..So today was my first day back from working out so everything is all good here. Hows everything with you? I remember you telling me about coming up north.

trainign is going pretty good. Just started like 2 weeks ago. I got everday mon-fri. Eating as clean as i can without going crazy. A lot of subway and protien shakes lol. I'm not getting as sore after the gym anymore. Maybe i need to step up the weight? or length of time in the gym?
