Everyone's different. I found out that my body reacts better to Higher Carbs unlike some people. Allows me to stay fuller throughout the day
**I Always Cook with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (For Healthy Fat intake)
Pre-Meal
- Protein Shake (Right After Waking Up; while cooking 1st meal.)
Meal #1: (MANDATORY)
- 2 cups of oatmeal w/butter or (Grits, Malt-O-Meal, Cream of Wheat, White Rice)
- 6 eggs (5 whole; 1 egg white (Size Varies; Bigger the better)
- 2 or 3 Biscuits (Sometimes)
- Glutamine Powder
Meal #2: (High Carbs)
- Pasta or Potatoes (Reg. or Sweet) or (White rice)
- Ideally 8-10 oz of Meat (Chicken, Fish, Ground Beef)
- Fiberous Carbs (Broccoli, Green Beans, Spinach)(Sometimes)
- Glutamine Powder
Meal #3: (High Carbs)
- White Rice w/butter or Pasta
- Ideally 10-12 oz of Meat (Chicken, Fish, Steak, Ground Beef)
- Fiberous Carbs (Broccoli, Green Beans, Spinach, Greens)(Sometimes)
- Glutamine Powder
Meal #4: (Moderate Carbs)
- White or Brown Rice w/butter
- Ideally 10-12 oz of Meat (Steak, Chicken, Fish, Ground Beef)
- Fiberous Carbs (Broccoli, Green Beans, Spinach, Greens)
- Glutamine Powder
Pre-Workout: (Depending on the time of previous meal)
- 1 or 2 bananas
- Protein Shake or Bar
OR
- Just enough Food to Support My training
Post Workout:
- Champion Nutrition Protein Shake (PURE WHEY - VANILLA)
- Fatty Carbs (French Fries, Pizza, etc)(Sometimes)
- Super B-Vitamin Complex & Vitamin C
then Meal #3 or 4 depending if my workout was in the Morning or at Night.
