I'm trying to manage my Multiple Sclerosis fatigue and keep a clean diet giving me the energy to perform Kris Gethin's DTP!

My Diet   6 BCAA's and 5g Glutamine the min you wake up!    8am Breakfast! 5xegg whites and porridge oats 3xAnavite 3xVit D (MS) 2xGrenade   10am Protein Shake with either Apple or 2 rice cakes with Peanut Butter.    12.30 Lunch 1 tin of tuna and Jacket Potatoe or 180g chicken breast or salmon and Jacket Potatoe / Rice and 2 slices of pineapple.  2xOmegas 2xGrenade   2.00pm Preworkout 6 BCAA's and Glutamine.  2xKre-Alkalyn    2.15pm GYM - VitargoS2   3.30 Postworkout 6 BCAA's and Glutamine  2xKre-Alkalyn    4.00 180g Salmon or Chicken with Jacket potato and 2 slices of Pineapple and broccoli. 2xOmegas   7.00 180g Salmon or Chicken with Jacket potato and broccoli. 3xAnavite 2xOmegas   9.00 Reflex Instant Whey Protein Shake and 2 rice cakes with Peanut Butter.    10.30pm Before Bed 4 BCAA's and Glutamine 3xZMA 2xMagnesium (MS Muscle Spasms)
