When I Started:
How I Started: I started like most people who play sports coach got me involved with the weights and i have never left.
Why I Love It: Sense of doing something to maintain health. I guess you cannot control what happens in life but you can work to maintain your health and let the world determine your fate.
How I Stay Motivated: Looking at others who have a body part that i desire to have.
BB Accomplishments: Benching 400 pounds when i was a bigger dude.
