Overall Goal: My overall goal is to lose another 20 pounds. I began losing weight in the beginning of August and already have lost 20 pounds. I want to weigh 180 if not less than that.

Two weeks ago, I began running again and have continued to work with thhe Personal trainer.

I had my reevaluation on Monday with the personal trainer. My results had improved in every aspect of the test. I have increased my bicep strength by 21 pounds, gained 2 kilograms in the left hand grip, and 6 kilograms in the right, as well as improving to 86 sit-ups when my last test was 57....
Monday and Friday:
30 Minutes on the Treadmill doing a Glute sculpting Routine.
0:00-5:00 speed of 3.5-4 MPH at a 3 degree incline
5:00-10:00 speed of 3.5-4 MPH at a 8 degree incline
