How I Started:
Started training when i was around 16.Always played alot of sport when i was younger but when i finished school stopped being so active and put on a stack of weight.
Only really the last two years ive started training seriously and maintaining a clean diet.
Why I Love It:
I think theres nothing better than the buzz you get after a great session in the gym and the confidence you gain when you know your improving your physique everyday. I love reading up on new training techniques and different approaches to try in developing the best physique i can.
How I Stay Motivated:
I can get quite addictive and obsessive over things so this is how i stay motivated really.lol. I know this can be quite a bad personaltiy trait but i feel that as long as i can channel my energy into something that is productive rather than using drugs or alcohol than its not a bad thing. Plus the feeling of knowing im focusing on a goal is enough to drag my ass to the gym when im feeling tired or unmotivated. Goals make me go,results keep me motivated!!

Goal (Long):
Since i can remember ive always dreamt of having a strong atheletic body.I want to feel confidant in my own body and have a set of visibly clear abs.I want to be someone who people aspire to be like.I know this is possible as long as i put in full dedication and never give up!
