My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My workouts! I have 45 min of cardio afterwards and Have slowing adding walking for 45 to 60 min in the mornings out side

Day 1: Chest & Biceps --------------------------------- 1). Pec deck (or any flye variation) supersetted with incline press (hammer, smith, db, etc). 4 sets, 8-12 reps If using pec deck, position seat so that the movement is targeting the upper pec 2). Flat dumbell presses. 4 sets, 8-12 reps 3). Cable crossovers. 4 sets, 12-15 reps 4). High cable curls. 4 sets, 8-12 reps 5). Standing barbell curl. 3 sets, 8-12 reps 6). Hammer curls. 3 sets, 8-12 reps Day 2: Legs ------------------ 1). Stiff legged deadlifts (barbell, dumbell, smith machine, etc). 4 sets, 20 reps 2). Single leg curl supersetted with butt blaster. 4 sets, 20 reps 3). Leg press with a wide foot spacing and feet high on the platform. 4 sets, 20 reps 4). Lunges. 4 sets, 15-18 reps 5) adupter machine super set both 4 sets of 20 very ligth. 6). Leg extensions (with feet close) supersetted with narrow stance squats (barbell or smith). 4 sets, 20 reps Day 3: Shoulders & Triceps ---------------------------------------- 1). Seated side laterals supersetted with front shoulder press. 4 sets, 8-12 reps 2). Wide grip upright rows. 4 sets, 10-12 reps 3). Rear lateral raise (dumbell, machine, etc) supersetted with behind the neck press. 4 sets, 8-12 reps 4). Barbell shrugs with bar behind the back. 3 sets, 12-15 reps 5). Tricep pressdowns supersetted with dips (machine, bench, bars, etc). 4 sets 10-12 reps 6). Over the head rope extensions. 4 sets, 12-15 reps Day 4: Back ------------------- 1). Pullovers (machine or dumbell) supersetted with front pulldowns (underhand). 4 sets 8-12 reps 2). Close grip pulldowns. 3 sets, 8-12 reps 3). One arm dumbell rows. 3 sets 8-12 reps 4). Seated cable row with straight bar. 3 sets, 8-12 reps

Redflower08 still healing up... so Gym time today I did a 10 cardio for warm up and then abs to have stronger core to help back and stretching... HOPE
