hey brah i just saw your post of guruadeshs bodyspace talkin bout how you wanna break the 13 inch arm barrier... my suggestion is... chuck any direct bicept work... start a 3 day full body workout... and get your poundages for dips... narrow grip bench and chin ups up... deload after 6 weeks and see how your arms blow up

Dude I have skinny wrists just like you. I have decent bis but my forearms are weak... did you hit yours with some specific exercises, how often etc?

The change in the size of your forearms is remarkable. Did you hit them with some isolation exercises or did they just develop as a result of a lot of compound exercises?
