My school workload is grueling and tiring. Working out gives me the freshness and drive to do a crap load of homework at night. I feel stronger and healthier.
sorry for the late reply, nope I didn't do anything for my forearms. I guess the best thing I can say is don't use straps. Just get your forearms accustomed to holding large amounts of weight. As you get stronger, your forearms will follow.
