How I Started:
My husband got me into lifting weights around 13 years ago but I have never been consistent. I would always be real good for six months and then stop exercising and eat like crap for a few months and then start all over again.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel and I love to see the changes in my body. This is my year to be consistent all the time and obtain the goals for my body I have always wanted and dreamed of. I'm tired of being "skinny Fat"!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have been pouring over BB.Com over the last few months and have been so inspired by all of the everyday women like me who look incredible! I also read Oxygen magazine from cover to cover for motivation and of course my family. I want to be a example to my children, especially my 8 yr. old daughter. Every birthday motivates me as well, I refuse to get older and look my age!!
BB Accomplishments:
Stay tuned..........my goal is to prove that you don't need alot of money or time to get the body you've always dreamed of. I work full time, have two kids and work out at home.

Yes she does. Group effort here in the house....she is doing a kick boxing video as we speak to add some variety to her cardio. She isn't on bodyspace though..keeps track of same type of stuff as you can on hear but too shy for now I guess. She always comes in and looks through my page though
I called my wife in to check out the back photo...she was impressed too. She always see very short women being so fit...she was excited to see someone her height so jacked.
Well i'm in the first week of my new diet and training. No sugar or bread for the next 8 weeks so i can be beach ready. Also my bodyfat % and weight should drop significantly too. I'm gonna give close attention to the abs and legs during this program. How about you?

Here comes the fun. I'm 8 weeks out from my own personal goal of getting on the beach shirtless. I'm cutting all sugar and bread from my diet until June 1st. Hopefully i'll be down under 200 lbs and 10% bodyfat too. Really gonna be killing the abs. Tough task but i can do it.
