My Nutrition Philosophy View My Full Nutrition Philosophy

My current pre-contest cutting diet.

The following diet is my pre-contest diet for 2013. I follow this diet for 3 days and the I have a re-feed day in which I increase my carb intake throughout the day and reduce my fats accordingly. I drink approx. 1.5 gallons of water a day with this diet. I try to avoid consuming carbs and fats in the same meal. I consume majority of my carbs in meal 1 and the rest in my post work out meal to replenish glycogen stores, increase creatine uptake and protein syntesis. I never comsume carbs after noon.

Optimum gold standard whey 25g

1 cup egg whites

1/2 cup rolled oats

2oz. banana (about half of one)

Opti-men multivitamin

 

830am

Cellcor C4 pre workout

 

9am

Lifting while comsuming Scviation Xtend BCAA's

 

11am

Creatine 10g

1 Banana

1 Organic brown rice cake
