Nothing egotistical here. My body is my tool, my catalyst between my mind and the world. I feel a victory maintaining the systems inside.
Goal (Long):
I want to build health and strength. I don't want a 'look.' I want to have a higher fitness level than I did the day before. I want to increase my endurance. I want to be healthier than a horse. I want my heart to be able to outrun a Supra. Shoot, I want to be able to outrun a Supra. I don't lift (actually, I don't lift AT ALL) for muscular size, shape, or definition. I condition for a healthier body.
In keeping with having a goal, I suppose I could set some loose checkpoints to track my conditioning. I can't use the website's own tracker, seeing as that it has exercises I don't care to improve in. My goals will be in this text here, including the progress.
Perform 25, 50, and 100 Regular and Hindu pushups max.
Perform 100, 200, and 500 Hindu Squats max.
Practice yoga daily to improve flexibility.
These are just things I'm going to use to make sure I am progressing. Not really a big deal. Just a tool.
