That's a tough one...I flux between nice abs and barely there abs daily. I think when you are close(2 pack, kinda 4 pack), flux has to do with water retention. My diet is mostly 50%p/30%c/20%f. I eat just over maintenance for bulking and have tried eating a little under for cutting, but I haven't gotten the results I have expected. Grrr. Looking for new things now. I want to get down to 12% bf, but that is going to take a lot more work.

Wow...that is great. I am doing well on my short (4 week) cut. Trying to lean out just a bit for this LG transformation competition I am in. Isn't it VERY motivating once you really start seeing progress!! Thanks for the update and congrats. Toodles.
