Overall Goal: No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.
Fit Status:

Motivation Level: 9/10
Personal Info And Background:
Real Name:
I forget, ask me yesterday
Sex:
Female
Age:
27
Location:
Virginia, United States
Occupation:
System Engineer
Personal Website:

When I Started:
Oct, 2008
How I Started:
I really got tired of being weak, skinny, and eating disordered. I realized that as long as I kept saying I would be different tomorrow, I was never going to change. That was just not acceptable.
Why I Love It:
I love being strong. I love eating. I love challenging traditional female appearances. I don't want to look like a thin model girlie. Training gives me the mindset of "I can, I will, and live for today", rather than "I can't, I'm scared, or not today".
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I am doing something most people don't have the strength (mental and physical) to accomplish. Knowing that I am training to fight and imagining my opponent is training harder. Being in control of myself and having self discipline.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining weight and overcoming my ED.
3rd in LG's 2009 Transformation Contest
Not losing motivation after flamingo'ing my left elbow.

To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other.

So this was taken during my eating disorder days. Not the worst, at this point I was actually doing better than about 8 months prior. I wanted to post it so other girls with eating disorders could get some inspiration to start lifting and eating more.
Another update pic. I am getting back in the gym after a ~2week break. Left arm is useless. Going to try to do a little recomp and halt the bulking. Not interested in a full cut at the moment.
No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.
Goal (Long):
I want to be physically and mentally strong. My ED days damaged both of those areas. Recovery with weight lifting is very effective, but that is only one aspect of it. My physical strength gives me mental strength to overcome.
I want to be more muscular than most women would ever be comfortable with. I want to achieve a body fat percentage around 10-12% and be around 140-150 lbs. I am determined to do what I have to do to get there.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

So, I will be posting my final pics for the LG competition in a few hours. In the past 12 weeks, I gained some muscle and lost a little fat. Hells ya. :)
Now I am trying to decided what to do next. I am going to keep building muscle, no question about that. I want lots more muscle. I also...

"Fight one more round. When your arms are so tired that you can hardly lift your hands to come on guard, fight one more round. When your nose is bleeding and your eyes are black and you are so tired that you wish your opponent would crack you one on the jaw and put you to sleep, fight one more round – remembering that the man who always fights one more round is never whipped." ~James Corbett
