upper body Back shot
This is a photo from April when I was 155. I believe I've made some improvements particulary in chest width and thickness. Arms have grown 1/4 inch since. Soon as i get my digi. cam fixed I will post more recent photos.
my back currently at a solid 176lbs. still got alot of work ahead of me.

2 months later at 167 lbs. Neglected my abs abit so the definition in them has faded. Nothing hard that can't be fixed.

2 years later and dropped to 173 lbs due to sickness and stress. Currently trying to gain back the 10 lbs I lost.

lifting 40's at golds. biceps are a weak point so this is quite an accomplishment for me.

176lbs here in relaxed state. mass is coming back nicely. wish the camera on my phone had zoom.
