I've been going steady for 2 weeks but today I seem to be more sore than before. I have kept my weight pretty steeady while lifting but have changed out cardio activities daily - ie: different machines, swimming, etc. I've also been stretching alot to relieve some of the tension. Is there...
Thank you for your wonderful reply. I wish you strength and determination in all that you desire to achieve. I hope that you don't mind but I am sending you a quote that has helped me through a lot of difficult days and hope that it helps you too.
Remember: “God didn't promise you a day without pain, laughter without sorrow or sun without rain.
But He did promise you strength for the day, comfort for your tears and a light for your way.”
I want to say that you appear to be on your way and I wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try, but you are different, you are proving that with hard work and determination it can be. I look forward to watching your progress. Keep up the great work. Stay strong, focused and determined.
