Goal (Long):
Gain more muscle and in the long run lose a considerable amount of fat that's accumulated with my lovely sit down job. I want to feel alive and have high energy instead of feeling like an old lady after working all day. Hmmmm, maybe I need a new job.

I've been going steady for 2 weeks but today I seem to be more sore than before. I have kept my weight pretty steeady while lifting but have changed out cardio activities daily - ie: different machines, swimming, etc. I've also been stretching alot to relieve some of the tension. Is there...
