HOW I STARTED:

I've always been athletic, and thankfully that love has lasted over the years. This year I finally decided to compete in figure so I hired a trainer, and the results I'm seeing are amazing.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Primarily, exercising is good for me emotionally, and helps me sleep--a problem I've always had. And who doesn't like looking good!
