I have my first one on the 7th Sept and after that it depends...I am competing in the UK so the next comp would be the finals in October. We'll see what happens in Sept first! :)

Hi there,
I never really measured my stats, but I can probably based on clothes sizes at the time:
chest 34/36 inch
hips 44 inch
I used to dress a UK size 14...I am 1m 56 cm and I weighed 67kg....
BFL was a really good challenge for me. But in hindsight I would not to cheat so much on Sundays - I used to really exaggerate!
BFL taught me the basics about food and exercise.
