Lifting Schedule (based on Jamie Eason's Tone and Define plan)

Monday - legs

Tuesday - push (chest and tris)

Wednesday - moderate cardio

Thursday - pull (lats and back)

Friday - shoulders and abs

Saturday - moderate cardio

Sunday - rest

 

- each work out is started with a quick 5-10 min cardio warm up

- ab days vary

Rebecca080 competing might not be for me, but today a trainer asked me to maybe help one of his girls prep for her first show. worth it :)

PeteM119 I know you are cutting it close with the competition but have you considered maybe bulking a little bit, cutting cardio, and focusing on deadlifts, squats, and upper back.Pretty sure the judges want to see plumpyness you know.I personally have a hard time gaining weight so I know how it is to be an ectomorph.Either way you look great anyways. TheJDFella Yawww... Had a whopper HIIT session today. And yesterday destroyed biceps and triceps, the past two weeks have been intense leg work outs on monday... the only thing I do feel like doing on tuesday and wednesday is feeling the soft materials of my blankets against my pain riddled legs!
