Monday - legs
Tuesday - push (chest and tris)
Wednesday - moderate cardio
Thursday - pull (lats and back)
Friday - shoulders and abs
Saturday - moderate cardio
Sunday - rest
- each work out is started with a quick 5-10 min cardio warm up
- ab days vary
