Was always kind of a strong guy for my size....someone asked me to participate in a strongman comp for charity....saw the my compition... Needless to say I had to start training hard quickly. Comp is in aug of 08.
Why I Love It:
Great destresser.....like see the body change.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
60's on the preacher with the EZ bar. Like 21's but 60's. You know 20 half way up....20 full motion....and 20 half way down..

Ok so I've been doing this crossfit for about 2 months now and I'm in better shape now than I've ever been. My coaches wanted to my against my better judgement to compete for a national qualifier. I placed 4th.......not to bad but top 3 got to go. GGRRRRRR!!!
