I've never really worked out until I deployed just last year. I've always looked at movie stars like jason statham, hugh jackman, and matthew mcconaughey for the way their bodies looked. I would love to look half of what they are. I want to take personal trainer classes after I PCS when I get back that way I have more knowledge and am able to help no just myself, but my wife also.

So for the past 22 days I've wasted time on definition. I've seen a little improvement but I rarely do cardio, and can't control what I eat here. It's hot from the moment you wake up, plus running through rock piles and dust in the air and quite frankly I just don't feel like running in...
