Smith Machine Flat Bench Press 8 x 75 (kg), 6 x 115, 6 x 115, 6 x 115 Narrow Grip Lat Pulldowns (V-bar) 8 x 75 (kg), 6 x 85, 6 x 85, 6 x 85 Machine Lat Pullback 8 x 160 (kg) Notes: Form on pull downs was poor, didnt go all the way to chest. Noticable loss of strength in all lifts no doubt due to not working out for 6 weeks.
