I'm hoping that changing my eating habits will have the same effect on me that it had for you. Mine was severe, hearing voices, seeing things, nervous shakes, panic attacks. If the eating change helps me to cut back from the medicine, I'm going to mention it to my doctor. Thanks for being so open! Luv the pic! You're on fire! I'm doin well. I just started on the clean eating phase (don't like to use the word "diet"). Watched a few of your videos. Found the one about your anxiety disorder very interesting. I've been plagued with it myself for the last three years.
