Played football in High school, started working out in the school gym, fell in love with what it did to my body.
Why I Love It:
I love the way excercise makes me feel and look. It's a boost of confidence when someone tells you how great u look, or you get stares from people, not because they have a problem with u but because they find you attractive.
How I Stay Motivated:
Nothin like meeting a goal to keep u motivated!

Hey Marc. I'm sorry to hear about your shoulder pain. I've had pain in my right shoulder for a while now, it sucks. I hope you get rid of you pain and will be able to train at full force very soon.
Rotator cuff! Yo, use da cable machine with the pulley at about waist height and do internal and external rotations. Use light weight with high reps. I set it at about 20lbs for 4 sets of 30 reps. It'll burn but it'll strenghtn the cuff. Do those before any upperbody wkout as it gets ur shoulders ready for work! keep in touch homie.
