How I Started: My younger broher made a makeshift wooden bench press in shop class. He brought it home and never used it. I "adopted" the equipment and got hooked when I saw my chest responding quite readily.
Why I Love It: I can't imagine being a slob.....
How I Stay Motivated: It's hard! I focus on the benefits to stay motivated.
