Background

When I Started: Feb 2012
HOW I STARTED:

I just placed my order of supplements which should be arriving in 5 days or sooner hopefully I ordered the following: -NOW Lecithin Granules Non-GMO. -Vega Sport Recovery Accelerator. -Scivation Xtend Intra Workout Catalyst. -Labrada Nutrition EFA Lean Gold. I've always been big on my vitamin intake as well as in protein shakes, oh though I've never been into whey protein. I like to use plant base proteins. I've tried many and my favorite has been Life Time Life's Basics Protein (vanilla or unsweetened)to me it taste great with water and sometimes I'll add a banana or strawberries if I crave something sweet. I've decided to go with Jamie Eason's program, here is the link http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jamie-easons-livefit-phase-1.html I already started working out, it's been almost 2 weeks now but Monday, February 13th 2012, I will start Jamie's program. I am getting myself prepared to follow these steps and change my body in 12 weeks ;-) WHO IS WITH ME?!?!?!?!?!?!

WHY I LOVE IT:

There is so much information here and tools to stay motivated/ focused on the bigger picture.

I was about 225LB in June 2011 and I reached down to 166LB in September 2011. I gained 10-11 pounds in October because I went to a cruise and really lost control on my diet of eating every 2 1/2 hours the right foods and of course I stopped working out.



When I got back from the cruise I lost 5-6 pounds and gradually gained it because of my lack of control around the holidays.


I am extremely happy to hard run into this site and really get motivated once more on reaching my goal of transforming my physic.


I was not taking any supplements

chare129 One other tidbit of advice I forgot to give you - PUT THAT SCALE AWAY! It may just drive you insane. In Phase 1, you are not expected to drop any weight. Do your body measurements and body fat. Use your energy level and how you feel as a measuring rod. Feb 16, 2012 7:22am
