Thanks for the add - Yes unfortunately I know how much Protein, fats and carbohydrates I eat. Protein - 261.2 grams, Fats 29.2 and Carbs 179.4 (This is yesterdays however, I am trying to keep it constant)

I just took a week off to prepare for a new program, new food intake and hopefully new me lol! to summarize, it is going good for me.

Still working hard at it Sometimes, 5 or 6 days a week. I'm close to my goal and it only feels further away right now! Keep going with it, it gets easier after a while.
