I was diagnosed with a condition called MWOBS - Men With Oblong Boobs Syndrome (pronunciation Moobs) or otherwise known as Man Boobs. This condition is not mental, it physical and sometimes has been known to cause depression, excess eating, extreme friendliness to strangers and being chosen to be "shirts" in a friendly game of basketball. I had all of the symptoms except for the depression until...... (Now is just not the time to discuss, lets go into the history of my condition)
During winter my affliction was very noticeable, the pain, the embarrassment, the perkiness it was all overwhelming. I was told only after I hit rock bottom I could ever resurface an be truly welcomed in to society however, I took those words and did nothing with it because I was happy the way I was. I wanted people to accept me for me. To look me in the eye when we spoke not the chest but, eye contact was rare and my MWOBS condition kept getting worst. I always said to myself as long as I have friends like MacDonald aka Big Mac, Harvey's brother Angus, and sweet Wendy I could survive anything but, as they say all good things come to an end and it all started with that incident at the pool.
I went to the pool after joining a few of my friends for lunch. Started my routine changing preparation, hit the showers, took a few minutes to get every mile nice and damp, then struggled putting my trunks on for a few minutes, then proceeded to the pool. I walked out of the males washroom and heard the usual mumbles from kids and strangers "Why is his chest bigger than mommys", "Daddy can he feed my baby brother like mommy" and I did my usual, smiled and nodded to show that I was unaffected by the comments. On my way to the pool I did not notice that my towel fell to the floor and this kind gentleman ran up and said "mame I believe you dropped this and tapped me on the shoulder" I turned around and he apologized when he noticed I was actually male but, the final blow was already released my BWOBS condition turned in to a BOOBS condition - for those not familiar with the term BOOBS it short for Big Oversized Oblong Breast Syndrome . I remembered thinking "I finally hit rock bottom".
I have struggled many year with this desease and finally decided "I will not let MWOBS control my life, I will control my MWOBS". Suddenly my friends stop coming around, I was all alone and had to fight this battle on my own but, I was not going to give up unless I put my all into it.
I joined a place called a gym where people gather habitually to chat and pick up . It didn't seem like a lot of work was being done in this place however, instantly I noticed the people at the gym were mostly proportion differently to what I considered normal(me). I decided right there and then that, these oddly shaped people were favorably proportioned and my aim from then on was to be oddly proportioned like those gym dwellers .......That's where my journey began.
Why I Love It:
Lets not get carried away. I'm in like with Bodybuilding/Working Out. I'm not comfortable with love. Let's grow a friendship first
How I Stay Motivated:
Picturing myself FITTING in a tub rolling around in money and knowing one day my toes will be seen!
BB Accomplishments:
Sounds to pageant like, I am declining to answer this one!
Stop working at it and it shows!
I have been lazing around and not really getting anything accomplished at the gym. I went from full time effort to part time slacking. I haven’t gained but, I’ve stayed constant which I deserve because, I believe you get out of this what you put in as...

Thanks for adding me man. Wow looks like you are taking in a pretty decent diet. Lots of protein, it helps that you are taking in like five servings a day. I haven't been counting my own, but i need to. I drink a shake one in the morning, lunch meal, and after my workout afternoon. Anyways good luck with your goals man, and stay motivated.
Still sticking in there fighting to get to my goals. I need to add a lot of updates on this. How come a 2 week break, muscle recovery?
Stick to it man, you'll get there. How's your diet been? I think thats the hardest thing to maintain. Yeah, it was part recovery, but I had hit a plateau also, I hadn't seen any gains in about a month.
I just bought Universal Animal Cuts. I will begin on July 1st and monitor my fat loss from there on. In the meantime my workouts are strong, steady with 3 times of hiit cardio mixed in there. How are things with you?
eveything has been going good i dont hvea way to measure my body fat% butwhen i do ill post it im also working on posting new pics soon thanks for asking
Everything is good man I have been really busy with work and school. Im cuttin' up for the summer Im down to 223 lbs at 10% bf so not bad but still got some more to go. Lookin good man keep it up
hmmmm....there's so much to do for each muscle group that I usually have trouble eliminating things from my workout to keep it under an hour....if you need some ideas what to do, let me know. I don't remember exactly what weight I do on everything, my muscles tell me how much I should be lifting...in the back of my mind, I know if I'm feeling strong or weak, I don't need a log book to tell me that.
Thats cool bro! Been training in martial arts for 15 years. Mostly Karate (several styles) and Muay-Thai and Jiu-Jitsu, with lots of other styles to a lesser degree over time! If you like pushing yourself physically and enjoy learning and bettering yourself, love fall in love with the arts!
I have a set workout when it comes to what day I do certain muscle groups....I usually change that every couple months though. When it comes to exercises, I have a couple set exercises I do all the time, and constantly change up the other ones from week to week.
hey, definate change in your appearance and it seems like Lipo 6 helped a lot. Did you get your gym assessments done yet? Just curious to the degree of progress/change. My taining is going great, seeing a change in my body Strength is going up and can't wait to make this month count and result into a significant fat loss. Talk later.
You have a pretty straight forward approach to this LOL ... I'm using the unwanted free time to get back into fitness and perhaps bodybuilding. The latter is a long shot & I'd be on a high if I can get to that level. Concentrating on losing some fat while maintaining decent muscle mass here. Doing it without much supplements here, just Whey.Let me know your progress in the gym and all the best.
Glad to hear you're doing well Ryan. I am staring week 6 of the 10x10 volume training, which is kicking my butt. Have a great week of training and keep working HARD.
Here's to beginning again Ryan, according to your blog it looks like you are focused and ready. Don't worry about the poundages, they will increase. Stay consistent man, this time its for REAL.
