Not much improvment, but not any worse I don't think. Chest is a little bit fuller, not much.

Not a 'true' before...this is after one year of working out just 3 sets x 10 reps, where I had minimal gains. Then I got a bit involved and worked out with a 5x5 and better diet for 3 months. The first 12 months I went form 160 to about 170. The next 3 months I went from around 170 to around 180, which is what I'm here and the next shot.

July 2009 went great, but I ran into problems end of August and first 2 weeks of September. It really hurt my progress. But I'm not giving up.
