Hi, doing okay. I sympathize with your sore shoulder totally. One of the lousiest injuries to have. Mine still bothers me a little, but I survived day 1 of my chest workout so I think I'll be good. Even when it hurt a lot last week, I tried to find SOME kind of exercises to do. It's good you're doing stairs - got to keep something going, its so easy to skip working out and get in a rut and lose motivation. Take care, hope the shoulder feels better soon :-)

Good for you! Once you stop eating junk, you will soon enough never miss it. I used to have ice cream and cookies every day, and now, almost never. I don't miss it at all. Stick with it !
