Yes

I want to be built like a middle-weight MMA fighter, lean with some definition. I have no illusions of becoming 'huge', I'm just not built that way.

As I was nearing the end of a 5x5 program, I strained my knee.  No more squats.  Then I somehow strained the tendons in my hand.  Trying to lift a bar was like trying to pick up a bar wrapped in barbed wire.  Oww.  So no more bar work. It was time for my 'off' week so I stopped everything...

hi, I have been sick my dads in the hospital with a broken hip...I'm hanging in there but have not lost anything or no major changes im a bit frustrated it seems the more i workout and do cardio nothing is budging. I even diet that does not work. But, im not giving up....

Hey, My shoulder was bothering me, so I wasn't lifting too much. Stair climbing, basically. It is getting better but I am going to massage this Sat. How are you doing?
