As I was nearing the end of a 5x5 program, I strained my knee. No more squats. Then I somehow strained the tendons in my hand. Trying to lift a bar was like trying to pick up a bar wrapped in barbed wire. Oww. So no more bar work. It was time for my 'off' week so I stopped everything...

I have been sick my dads in the hospital with a broken hip...I'm hanging in there but have not lost anything or no major changes im a bit frustrated it seems the more i workout and do cardio nothing is budging. I even diet that does not work. But, im not giving up....
Who cares if you gained a percentage in a month, now is the time to really see what you are made of. Are you going to let it stop you or are you going to use it to your advantage? Go crazy man!!!!
Hey, My shoulder was bothering me, so I wasn't lifting too much. Stair climbing, basically. It is getting better but I am going to massage this Sat.
